Matchmaker, matchmaker...

It's bizarre, the way life works out sometimes. I'm currently tits-over-tail for a girl I met several months ago. We were introduced by a mutual friend, so that's the easy way to explain how we met. There is, of course, a convoluted chain of events that had to happen as they did for us to meet. Thinking on the particular significant bits of it all, it's amazing and amusing in equal measure. I could go into great detail, but I've found that there's a much simpler way to explain it:

One of the most important things I've ever learned in life

Cars have multiple gears. Even on an automatic transmission (which is what I'm rocking), there's gears beyond Drive. This is a good thing to know in the Northeast. You'd be surprised how many people don't know this. You usually find them in ditches on snow days.
